Successful seminar on the topic of hygienic design of food factories

On 1st September 2023, "Food Factory Hygienic Design Offline Seminar" hosted by Let’s Food Safety, supported by European Hygienic Engineering Design (EHEDG), and undertaken by JCN, was successfully concluded at JCN’S Nantong Production Basement!

The seminar invited food factory hygiene design experts and food industry experts to share their expertise on topics such as common hygiene problems in food factories, international mainstream standards on hygiene design requirements, key requirements and good practices in hygiene design, etc. The seminar also organized a visit to JCN factory to listen to stories of innovations and to discuss in-depth the latest research results and development trends related to the design of food factories.

Factory tour and on-site Q&A

So far, the offline theme seminar on hygiene design of food factory has been successfully concluded in Jiangsu production basement of JCN, which provides new ideas and directions for the development of hygiene and safety of food equipment and jointly promotes the development of China's food industry through the sharing and discussion, innovation and co-operation of all experts. We hope that more partners come to JCN to have a visit and discuss and share the industry experience together.
